HHSC PCS is seeking competitivebids to establish contract(s) for Compressed Gas Systems Replacement for the DSHS Laboratory.

Mandatory On-Site Visit

HHSCwill conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of thisIFB) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as awalk-through of the facility.

Attendanceat one on site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder.  Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.

Bidders must notify the on-site contact listed above regarding attendance.

On site visit instructions : Upon arrival,attendees are to proceed to lab building front entrance for security check-in. Attendees must present a driver license or other form of government issued photo ID. They will be issued a temporary visitor’s paper badge and will be escorted to the jobsite to review existing conditions.
