TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS:
This Addendum forms a part of the Request for Proposals and modifies the original solicitation
as noted below. Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their proposal
submission.
1. Shop Layout Drawings
In response to a vendor inquiry, Paulding County is providing shop layout plans to assist
proposers in understanding the facility configuration and potential equipment placement.
Vendor Question:
Could you please share a building layout and indicate where the tanks will be set?
County Response:
The County is providing shop layout drawings with this Addendum. These drawings illustrate
the general layout of the Fleet Maintenance Facility where the compressed air and lubrication
system will be installed.
Proposers should note that final placement and configuration of tanks and associated equipment
may be adjusted during final design coordination with the County.
2. Scheduled Site Visit
To provide vendors an opportunity to better understand the facility layout and installation
environment, Paulding County will conduct a non-mandatory site visit.

All interested vendors are encouraged to attend.
Vendors attending the site visit should check in upon arrival. County staff will provide an
overview of the project and allow vendors to observe the facility layout and potential equipment
locations.
Important Notice:
Any verbal statements, discussions, or clarifications provided during the site visit shall not
modify or supersede the requirements of the RFP or any written addenda issued by
Paulding County. Only written addenda issued by the Purchasing Division shall be considered
official.
3. Questions
All questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing
to:

Questions received will be addressed through a formal addendum, if necessary, and distributed
to all registered proposers.
