In order to implement the goals, policies and vision of General Plan 2040, including the 2023-2031 Housing Element, the Community Development Department is interested in hiring a qualified consultant to support developing a comprehensive update to the City’s Zoning Code (Municipal Code Title 27) to create corresponding development standards and code requirements for full alignment and consistency with General Plan 2040.
