Overview

Summary

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain qualified offerors to establish a contract for provision of a comprehensive water treatment program (domestic-potable or well) in City facilities.

Background

The City requires the domestic-potable water treated by the City’s water treatment plants to undergo an additional water and stream treatment process before entering a City facility. This water treatment is for City facilities equipment including chillers, steam boilers, deaerators, condensers, condensate storage tanks, heat exchangers, and cooling towers to prevent scale, corrosion, biofouling, and biological growth.
