COMPREHENSIVE WATER TANK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. The City of Pine City, Minnesota is requesting proposals from qualified water tank inspection and maintenance firms to contract for a long term, perpetual, full-service maintenance and asset management program for the 500,000-gallon legged tank (near downtown) and the 500,000-gallon composite hydropillar water storage tank on the north side of the city.
