Project Description: Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees (FGCU or University) seeks to contract with a qualified Supplier to implement a Comprehensive Virtual Payment Solution (Solution). The intent of this solicitation is to modernize the University’s payables processes and leverage this Solution to maximize rebate revenue.
