COMPREHENSIVE USER FEE STUDY AND COST ALLOCATION PLAN
Request for Proposals

The City of Rocklin is seeking proposals from qualified firms to
prepare a comprehensive User Fee Study and a Cost Allocation Plan
to ensure that the City’s fees and internal cost allocations are
transparent, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.

Proposals are due on or before Thursday, June 12,
2025, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. PST by
