The City of Newark is seeking qualified consultants to submit Statement of Qualification and Pricing Proposals for professional services to update the City's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The plan will guide the City's efforts to ensure that its public facilities, programs, services, communications, and activities are accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with the ADA.
