Description:	This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the purpose of establishing a contract with a qualified firm to perform the Comprehensive Sewer Rate Study (SEC Interceptor) to develop sewer user rates (based on volume/flow-data, when available) that will generate sufficient revenues for the operation, maintenance, and replacement of the Village of Libertyville’s wastewater treatment facility that are applicable to 1) Village of Libertyville customers, and 2) Lake County SEC Interceptor customers, including 3 ) customers within the portion of Green Oaks that is tributary to the SEC Interceptor.
