Comprehensive Roadway Safety Action Plan

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy (City) at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA   95020-6197 is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Consultants) to develop the City of Gilroy Comprehensive Roadway Safety Action Plan (CRSAP), typically referred to as a Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP), as described in Request for Proposals No. 26-RFP-PW-529. Submittals will be accepted up until 2:00 PM, Friday, January 23, 2026. The subject line of the email shall include the Consultant firm’s name and “Comprehensive Roadway Safety Action Plan RFP No. 26-RFP-PW-529”.

Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no responsibility if delivery is made to another location other than the location specified above and/or for delayed deliveries by your chosen carrier. An evaluation team will review submitted proposals and select the best qualified firm based on the evaluation criteria and selection process outlined in the RFP.

Consultants are responsible for checking the City’s website and acknowledging any addenda prior to submitting a proposal and may be considered non-responsive if their proposal does not reflect those addenda.
