Comprehensive Risk Screening Tool

USU is required to perform due diligence screening on individuals and organizations for undue foreign influence and threats to research data/intellectual property and follow three key federal policies - National Security Policy Memorandum-33 (2021), the CHIPS & Science Act (2022), and the BIS 50% Rule (2025). USU intends to sign an agreement with Strider Technologies to provide a risk screening tool.  No other single product available to USU allows due diligence screening for compliance with all three federal requirements.
