SOLICITATION TITLE: Comprehensive Property, Project, Occupancy and Consultancy Management Services at the
Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
DESCRIPTION: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) maintains a diverse portfolio of properties critical to
our daily operations, categorized into Office, Industrial, Mixed-use (industrial with office), Public Spaces, Retail and
Operational Employee Facility. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), we seek to engage a Contractor to provide
comprehensive real estate services, with Property Management Services (PM) being the primary and core need of this
Agreement. These services are essential for ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective operation of our properties.
Funding: 100% Operating Goals: MBE: 15%
WBE: 15%
SDVOB: 6%
Est $ Range: $50M - $100M
Contract Term: 5 Base with one 3-year renewal option and subsequent
