A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Lakeville’s website located at https://www.lakevillemn.gov/499/Public-Notices-and-Ordinance-Amendments . Proposals are due February 13, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Proposals can be emailed to Tina Goodroad, Community Development Director at tgoodroad@lakevillemn.gov
