2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Oakdale is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning firms to provide support for Oakdale’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The update must be completed in accordance with requirements set forth in State Statute and by the Metropolitan Council. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience and expertise in long-range land use planning, project management, and community engagement. Full details about the Request for Proposals are available on the City’s website . The deadline to submit a proposal is March 16, 2026 by 4 p.m. Proposals and questions must be submitted to: Luke McClanahan, Planning Manager, planning@oakdalemn.gov .
