COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to engage in the preparation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Interested firms should demonstrate experience in preparing and updating municipal comprehensive plans, including the facilitation of community engagement. The full Request for Proposals is available on the City of Detroit Lakes website here . Proposals must be submitted no later than Aug. 28, 2026, at 4 p.m. All proposals shall be submitted to lremmen@cityofdetroitlakes.com .
