The Village of Oswego is seeking a qualified firm to develop a new, innovative, modern, and implementable Comprehensive Plan. This plan will build upon the village's previous planning efforts and will guide development for the next 10+ years. This plan should be readable & userfriendly for residents, elected officials, developers, and staff alike, with widespread use of graphics, maps, bullet points, and charts. The Village adopted the current Comprehensive Plan in 2015. The Village has experienced and continues to experience tremendous growth from both residential and non-residential uses. With the changes in conditions since its adoption, the Village of Oswego is looking to update the Comprehensive Plan.
