Comprehensive Lighting Improvements at Municipal Buildings

The City of Bristol (“the City”) is seeking to make energy efficiency improvements relative to lighting at its senior community center, its youth and community services facility, and a firehouse, within the framework of the Eversource Energy Efficiency Program. Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.

A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on April 8, 2024 at 10:00 am, commencing at the front entrance of the Beals Senior Community Center, 240 Stafford Avenue, Bristol CT.

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until April 18, 2024 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
