The single-building, two-level structure houses detainees primarily on the upper level across 10 housing units, including dedicated female, protective custody, and restrictive housing units. The lower level includes two camera-monitored suicide watch cells near the Medical Department.
The Medical Department operates 24/7/ and includes:
