COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND PROGRAM PROJECT

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid website by the County of Blair, until 1:00 p.m. (prevailing time), June 25, 2026, for medical services for the Blair County Prison, located at 419 Market Street Alley, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648. Said proposals will be accepted at the Commissioners’ Meeting on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing time) and awarded or rejected in accordance with the County Code thereafter.
Electronic copies of the Request for Proposal may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Any questions regarding the specifications should be submitted on the PennBid website.
The Blair County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities in the bids, request clarification from bidders, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Blair County Commissioners.
