Synopsis:

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is seeking a qualified, independent consultant or consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study for a major comprehensive fundraising campaign. The study will assess WDM’s current fundraising readiness, evaluate its capacity to undertake a multi-million-dollar campaign, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize fundraising effectiveness, including guidance on campaign structure, target donor segments, and resource allocation. The proponent should have proven experience in planning and leading similar feasibility studies and strong understanding of Saskatchewan’s philanthropic and business landscape.
