Project has 5 contracts;

Individual goals for each contract are listed in notice to bidders.

1. Milestone 1
   1. April 30, 2026 Substantial Completion for the following scope:
      • Administration Building, Maintenance & Operation Building, Swimming Pavilion, Pay Booth
      • All utilities for full operation of the above structures, including, but not limited to:
        1. Potable water system
        2. Septic system & force main
        3. Electrical
        4. Communications
        5. HVAV/Mechanical, including geothermal system
      • All FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for the above structures.
      • Swim crib, floating platform, anchoring system, and all related components for a complete operational swimming facility.
      • Vehicular and pedestrian pavement for all facilities west of the Administration building, inclusive.
   2. Milestone 2
      1. May 28, 2027 – Substantial Completion for all remaining work.
