Summary

The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is seeking a qualified Consultant to conduct a comprehensive cost of service rate study for Regional Sewer Service, Capital Facility Capacity Charges, and ancillary services provided to customers in our service area as well as wholesale customers outside of our service area. See Exhibit A - Scope of work for more details.
