Comprehensive Climate Action Plan

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit business information and pricing proposals from contractors who will provide services to develop a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) by October 1, 2025, and status reports as part of the requirements for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG). Louisville Metro’s Mayor’s Office of Sustainability (“Louisville Metro”), who is managing the program will evaluate proposals based on the listed evaluation criteria to select a single contractor or multiple contractors (“Selected Contractor(s)”) to assist in components of the Louisville Metro CCAP development.
