Synopsis	The Lucas County Department of Workforce Development (“LCDWD”), is seeking Proposals from interested parties possessing the expertise and capacity to manage the Comprehensive Cases Management and Employment Program (“CCMEP”) and Year-Round Youth Services for the Lucas County Workforce Development Board ("WDB"). Proposal submissions will cover services for both in-school and out-of- school youth as designated in the State of Ohio’s CCMEP and outlined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The contract will be implemented October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2028. There will be a potential of 2 (1) yr renewal periods. Any questions should be submitted by 2:00 PM June 5, 2026. The answers will be posted June 12, 2026.
