The City of St. Petersburg (‘City”) is seeking the services of a well-qualified engineering team (“A/E”) for preliminary design, detailed design, bidding, and construction phase services for the replacement of the Overlook Drive Bridge No. 157189. Construction will be partially funded by FDOT Local Agency Program (“LAP”) requiring design to be LAP compliant.
