Notes	The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids for the Compost Facility Floor Modification project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for concrete, construction of reinforced concrete push wall, construction of aeration trenches and associated work as shown in the plans and specifications. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2024 at 1:30PM at the Compost Facility , located at 2707 Railroad St . This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
