The system must contain a microscope, filters, solid state lasers, computer workstation with Slidebook license, environmental chamber, scanner, camera and other components listed in the specifications portion of this solicitation document. University and collaborator’s labs include simultaneous live cell single-molecule tracking and require TIRF illumination, FRAP and photoactivation. This system will be custom-built for our lab’s needs. |
