REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 9, Public Building Service, Acquisition Management Division, San Francisco CA 94102 to identify sources capable of performing the work required in the complete facilities maintenance services Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This is a Sources Sought Notice / request for information for market research purposes only per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought announcement is not a pre-solicitation notice or request for proposals/quotations and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 – Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes is for informational/market research purposes only.

This acquisition will set aside 100% for the Small Business 8(a) program and applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 and the size standard is $47M. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or services whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The notice respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems and janitorial and related services located within the property line of the Leo J. Ryan Federal Records Center located at 1000 Commodore Dr., San Bruno, CA and John F. Shea Federal Building located at 777 Sonoma Ave., Santa Rosa, CA.

SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought notice including commercial market information and company information.
