SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., Central
Standard Time (CST).

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:
ACC will host an optional pre-proposal conference on June 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CST in
person at HLC Building 3000; (Respondents must check-in at the Receptionist's Desk - See EXHIBIT G).

ACC will host site visits in regards to this project on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the following times:
11:00 a.m., CST, immediately following the Pre-Proposal conference and,
3:00 p.m., CST.

All interested and potential respondents must attend at least one (1) of the site visits to ensure the
successful submission of proposals that meet all requirements of the solicitation, specifications, and
construction drawings.
