REQUESTS COMPETITIVE CONTRACT PROPOSALS FROM

INDIVIDUALS/FIRMS INTERESTED IN PROVIDING PHARMACY

BENEFIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ACR HEALTH INSURANCE FUND

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the competitive contracting procedures of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq., sealed proposals will be received by the City of Union City (“City”), on behalf of the ACR Health Insurance Fund (the “Fund”), from qualified providers for the following:

PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ACR HEALTH INSURANCE FUND

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the City of Union City Municipal Building in the City Clerk’s Office, 3715 Palisade Avenue, 2nd floor, Union City, New Jersey 07087, on November 22, 2024 at 10:45 am.
Specifications and proposal documents may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office at the above address, Monday through Thursday during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday during regular business hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (201) 348-5731.
Proposals shall be made as indicated in the specifications and proposal documents. Proposals shall be rejected if not submitted within the designated time, date, and place.
Proposers shall comply with the “N.J. Local Public Contracts Law”, Affirmative Action regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c.127) N.J.A.C. 17:27).
The City reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals for the above-listed items in whole and/or part and may waive informalities that the City may, in its sole discretion, deem to be in the Township’s best interest, as permitted by law.
