COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY. Marshall Municipal Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete an Employee Compensation and Classification Study. The utility is looking to review the job classification and compensation system currently being utilized to ensure MMU is still comparable in the market. A full copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained on MMU’s website, under Your MMU.
