Project Description: This Request for Proposal aims to establish a contract with highly qualified and experienced firm(s) that provide compacting and non-compacting trash and recycling receptacles as outlined in this solicitation for the City of Tempe and 1GPA Cooperative Members as needed.
This procurement is being issued by City of Tempe (Lead Agency) through 1GPA – a national cooperative organization.
