Description

Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 15 intends to release Request for Proposals (RFQ) 36C25526Q0280 for the furnishing of a Bobcat Skid Loader behalf of the Topeka VA Medical Center.. It is anticipated that the full solicitation will be posted on Sam.gov approximately April 7, 2026.
Award of this solicitation will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing; size standard is 900 employees. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirement. The government anticipates making a single award. All qualified SDVOSB concerns are encouraged to submit a quote. Questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist at the email address listed below.
All Offerors must be registered in SAM data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete the online Reps and Certs. All SDVOSB Offerors must be SBA certified. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All Offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing by email in sufficient time prior to solicitation closing date.
