Commuter Lot Parking Kiosk Replacement

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 2026-RFP-050 , Commuter Lot Parking Kiosk Replacement to be received no later than Friday, August 7, 2026 , 4:00 pm . Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Village of Schaumburg manages approximately 1,290 off-street parking spaces, located at the north parking lot of the Schaumburg Metra Station at 2000 S. Springinsguth Road, Schaumburg, IL. Parking can currently be purchased in the form of daily-fee parking, monthly permits, or quarterly permits. Daily fee parking can be purchased with cash, coin or credit card at one of 4 pay stations (kiosks), through a mobile application, online or by phone. Monthly and quarterly permits can be purchased online. The Village is seeking proposals to procure a fully functioning updated system that would allow patrons to pay for parking through a multi-space parking kiosk system.
