Project Description: PSTA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Commuter Advertising Inc. for short-form geo-targeted onboard transit media. This contract will utilize PSTA’s existing on-board announcement system on Clever Devices to provide on-board digital and audio advertising as well as free public service announcements to generate revenue for the Authority. There will be no project cost as this is a revenue generating contract.
