Project Description: Bear Creek Lakes Civic Association, 57 Pool Drive, Jim Thorpe PA is seeking bids from interested contractors to rebuild its 60-year-old swimming pool. Bidding contractors must have prior experience in community sized swimming pool construction. A site visit is strongly suggested; no pre-bid meeting. Construction must begin in September 2026 and completed by mid April 2027 to not interrupt community use of the pool.
