Scope of Work: The City of Kenai is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants
(Proposers) to conduct a statistically valid and representative community survey. The purpose of
the survey is to gather resident feedback and measure satisfaction with City services, quality of
life, and other community priorities. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the survey
methodology, administering the survey, analyzing results, and presenting findings in both a written
report and a public presentation to the City Council.
