Description:

Work includes grading, landscape, concrete flatwork, structural concrete and architectural features for a new community park area complete in place per the plans, specifications, City of Shasta Lake Construction Standards, and these Contract Documents. The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform and complete all work shown on the Plans and called for in these specifications, including all incidental work. All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed. The Engineer’s Estimate for the base-bid work is $170,000.00.

The project includes one additive alternate bid item. Additive alternate bid item AA1 (Stone Veneer) may be selected for the contract as the construction budget allows.

A prebid conference is scheduled between staff and interested bidders at City of Shasta Lake City Hall, 4477 Main Street, Shasta Lake, on Wednesday, February 26, at 9 a.m., at which time the project will be reviewed. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
