NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified:

COMMUNITY SHUTTLE BUS & MICRO TRANSIT SERVICE

RFP #2026-041

CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA

The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until 2:45 P.M. EST, on, August 06, 2026, via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net or delivered to the City Clerk’s office at 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Lauderhill. Proposals received after 2:45 P.M. EST will not be considered. E-mailed and/or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

The City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Community Shuttle Services, Micro Transit Services, or a combination of both services. Proposers may submit qualifications and pricing for one service category, multiple service categories, or a comprehensive mobility solution inclusive of all requested services.

The City reserves the right to award contracts separately by service category, geographically, operationally, or as a single comprehensive award, as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Firms are not required to provide both Community Shuttle and Micro Transit Services in order to be considered responsive to this solicitation.

The solicitation is organized into the following categories:

• Section A – Fixed Route Community Shuttle Services
• Section B – On-Demand Micro Transit Services
• Section C – Integrated Mobility Solutions (Optional)

Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based upon qualifications, experience, technical approach, operational capabilities, and pricing for RFP #2026-041 Community Shuttle Bus Service & Micro Transit Services. Contract(s) may be awarded to one or more firms as described in the Instructions to Proposers.

The Contract shall be a non-exclusive agreement for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year renewal periods, subject to funding availability and the sole discretion of the City.
