The City of Titusville is requesting sealed bids from licensed qualified firm to Construct, Install and Furnish all materials and labor to construct one (1) community shade stop funded by CDBG and in accordance with all regulations found in 24 CFR and 2 CFR part 200. The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including mobilization, and maintenance of traffic (M.O.T.), necessary to perform the improvements shown on the attached plan. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renting a hydrant meter if needed to support construction from the City Customer Services Office at City Hall located at 555 S. Washington Ave. Titusville, Fl 32796.

If submitting hard copies, bids shall be submitted in one (1) original paper copy and one (1) digital copy on compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive in a sealed envelope or box.
