Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting (In Person) – August 28, 2025 2:30pm MDT – 3:30pm MDT, at Boulder Country Courthouse Annex (2045 13th Street, Boulder, CO) to see the actual files to be scanned throughout the building. The meeting will start promptly at 2:30pm.

Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting (CPP) has a large quantity of development files that are only available as hard copies and need to be digitized. We estimate that the pages number in the many thousands. The County needs to convert these hard copies into digital files that are available and accessible to the public for review on an as-needed basis. The retention of such files and documents is determined on a statutory level and care is needed to ensure proper digitization and maintenance of the files themselves.

RFP-192-25 Submittal Instructions

The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP-192-25 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
