COMMUNITY PARK SOFTBALL FIELDS FENCING

Project Description: Bids will be received online by Upper Mount Bethel Township until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, for the following:
“COMMUNITY PARK SOFTBALL FIELDS FENCING, " UPPER MOUNT BETHEL TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA
The project consists of furnishing and installing the chain-link fencing, posts, and backstop for the softball field at the Township Community Park, 1535 Potomac Street, Mount Bethel, PA, as well as all other associated work listed herein and as indicated on the plans.
NO PRE-BID MEETING will be held for this project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Mount Bethel Township or a Bid Bond in favor of the Township at 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers employed on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Upper Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
