Project Description: The City of Norwich is making available up to $20,000 in Municipal Cannabis Tax Funds to perform outreach work involving the organizing and management of programs, events, and initiatives to bolster community engagement in Norwich. Work will focus on public outreach/events, marketing, and communication, to develop positive partnerships with residents and cultural and community organizations. The ideal candidate will develop, coordinate, and support new initiatives and events in underserved neighborhoods to connect people to their city and meet the diverse needs of the different Norwich neighborhoods. This funding is only available through June 30, 2025.
