Carolina Community Actions seeks quotes to conduct a community needs assessment for Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, Union&York Counties,SC.Anti-poverty agency uses grant funds to assist eligible individuals/families to meet needs toward specific goals.The comprehensive assessment must include analysis from surveys, town hall meetings, other agencies interviews,etc.so CCA may offer services in response to the communities' needs.Project will begin March and conclude in June 2025.
