Take notice that in accordance with Section 43.4 of the Forest Act, the District Manger of the Nadina District intends to offer a replacement community forest agreement to the holders of the community forest agreement in the Nadina District as listed below.

CFA K1M - issued October 1, 2015
Licence Holder:  Cheslatta Carrier Nation
Location:  Nadina District

CFA K2L - issued February 14, 2013
Licence Holder:  Dungate Community Forest Limited Partnership
Location:  Nadina District

CFA K4D - issued August 18, 2011
Licence Holder:  Granisle Babine Lake Community Forest Management Corporation
Location:  Nadina District

CFA K4R - issued February 12, 2016
Licence Holder:  Chinook Comfor Limited
Location:  Nadina District

The replacement community forest agreements have terms of 25 years, specify the same community forest area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
