Solicitation Summary
MDSP is increasing its community engagement efforts through a partnership-based approach. This effort will involve stakeholders from multiple segments (civic, religious, educational, political, business, and philanthropy) of the diverse communities (regional, racial, social, and economical) served. MDSP plans to implement and grow a programmed approach to proactively improve its presence, relationships, and effectiveness throughout the State. MDSP provides multiple services as the State of Maryland’s lead law enforcement agency and looks for opportunities to better understand those communities. Developing positive relationships will foster deeper trust and build stronger stakeholder collaboration. The identification of key community influencers and guardians is a key strategy towards achieving the goal of building strong synergistic community partnerships.

Small Business Reserve (SBR) Procurement:
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award
will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only
businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth
in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505,
Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by GOSBA
Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for the award of a
