Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal is soliciting statements of qualification from consulting firms interested in providing development engineering services to the City’s Community Development Department for 2026 with the possibility of two subsequent years for a maximum of three years.

The services include, but are not limited to, review and comment on development applications including land divisions, conditional use permits, site plan reviews and other development projects.
