The City of Irving (the “City”) is contracting for renovations for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funded West Irving Aquatic Play Unit Renovation Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove the existing aquatic play unit and install a new aquatic play unit at West Irving Aquatic Facility, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
