Event Description
In the summer of 2024, the State of South Dakota suffered a devastating flood. In response, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded the State with up to $15,375,000 in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Funds. The State of South Dakota has limited staff, and limited experience administering such funds, and is seeking qualified respondents to provide full-service administrative services of the CDBG-DR award under Universal Notice Docket No. FR-6512-N-01.
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to Jack Valentine at jack.valentine@sdgoed.com with the subject line “RFP # 25RFP13780”.
The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
