COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) FUNDED NORTHWEST PARK MONUMENT DIGITAL SIGN INSTALLATION

ADDENDUM #1 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO MODIFY, CLARIFY, EXPLAIN, OR CORRECT THE ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS. THIS ADDENDUM IS HEREBY MADE PART OF ITB #041LF-25F. ANY CHANGES CALLED OUT IN THIS ADDENDUM SUPERSEDE THE ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove existing signage and install new concrete foundation and digital signs at Northwest Park, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving.

The City of Irving (the “City”) is contracting for renovations for the MONUMENT DIGITAL SIGNS Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG) funds .
